🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy – ChillVantta

We want you to love your experience with ChillVantta. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Certain personal care and hygiene items (e.g. massagers, skincare tools) may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons — please contact us for specific cases

To start a return, email us at [chillvanta@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item)

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  • Contact your payment provider
